Frederick Robert Engel was born on December 21, 1965 in Baltimore, Maryland. Fred married Anna Frances Hoyer on January 10, 1990 in Annapolis, Maryland. Anna was born on June 28, 1966 in Baltimore, Maryland. Fred and Anna lived in Pasadena, and they had two children.
Fred was the youngest of Bob and Ann's eight children, twin to Frank, and the compiler and author of The Engel Family Tree (2014). Fred has passed away.
